Authentic Movement is a contemplative dance practice where a mover explores the unconscious mind through self-directed, expressive movement while being witnessed with compassion and non-judgment. This relational practice of “seeing and being seen” fosters trust, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to one’s inner experience.

Vocal Prism is a six week class series focusing on vocal improvisation; the practice and tools to develop it.
Free Online Event. A weekly 25-minute silent unguided space. Feel free to bring your own practice (sitting/ moving/ meditation/ writing/ journaling/ drawing etc.) along with any props to make yourself comfortable. We will start and end in silence.

This workshop is a dive into the fabric of touch that is key to our relational practices in the movement of Contact Improvisation – and for many of us, in the living of life itself. The material will be steeped in somatic communication. Creative, thoughtful, heart based, skill based, our learning will be anchored in the core principles of Contact Improvisation, such as: how to move weight like water – actions of cascading. The details of touching within weight exchange. The rising and hanging of the body – each mode significant to communication. How attention lives in the very small.
