We work to provide nourishing, ethically sourced food to meet a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. There is always fridge and pantry space available for any personal items you choose to bring with you, but please tell us what food helps you thrive, and any foods you avoid.

We offer several tiers of housing options, to make the retreat experience more financially accessible. All prices include food and housing, and full participation in the retreat! *Campers should provide all of own bedding, but can use facilities. Indoor 'camping' in the studio is also an option.
