Queer Body Jam/Improv is a monthly dance/flow class for Queer Bodies! This is an all-levels movement class made for every body.

This Authentic Movement Immersion offers space to explore the Self and relational connection, awaken the multidimensional layers of the psyche, and cultivate conscious awareness through embodiment. Together we will practice seeing and being seen, moving and witnessing, speaking and holding silence.

Start your New Year in meditation, movement and song with Neva and Raffles! This silent meditation retreat is infused with sitting and walking meditation, yoga, singing, and ceremony. All the spaces will be lightly guided and held, so some experience in each of these practices will be helpful. We will meditate alternating sessions of 30 minutes of seated meditation with 10 minutes of walking meditation, for several hours each day. Sometimes there will be light guidance during meditation and other periods will be silent.

Three skilled practitioners will be offering a variety of sessions for you to choose from throughout the weekend. Whether you’re looking to connect more deeply with your body, recenter your mind, release built-up tension, restore safety within your nervous system, or find a sense of inner clarity, our practitioners each bring their own unique expertise in facilitation and guidance.
A multi-instrumental Sound Bath by Sasha Bogdanowitsch to create an ever-evolving sonic tapestry that will immerse attendees in resonance and overtones; aiding all in their own sonic journey, relaxation, stress reduction and/ or meditation.

As humans, we have to make a conscious choice to change the direction of the startle response and come back to ourselves. The path back is through the body. To find the body again, we begin with space. Space holds the body.In this Alexander Technique based workshop, together we explore how to meet our responsiveness […]
Vija’s two-hour contemporary class begins with a full-body Simonson Technique warmup, balancing stretching, strengthening, and dance technique. Dancers then move through progressions across the floor before learning a longer combination and closing with improvisation. Her classes emphasize musicality, fluidity, and emotion.

This workshop aims to provide a container where mutual flow and deep play allows the emergence of a consensual dance. Using sensations and images, we (re)visit techniques to ignite and expand our understanding of physical possibilities while engaged in the act of improvising. We look at our own expectations and tendencies. We make room and […]

Join us for a delightful evening of short performances! This special evening features 3-6 performances, each 10-20 minutes long from artists of different disciplines. This is a chance for artists to share work, or excerpts of their work, alongside other artists.
Join body mechanics and mobility coach Mandy Hackman and psychotherapist and educator Amie Anderson for a weekend of emerging from the deep freeze of winter. We will create space within ourselves to thaw out, applying wisdom from Somatic Experiencing and movement-based somatic exploration that honor the nervous system’s mechanisms for safety and interconnection. Together, we will reignite agency for those who are feeling stuck, indecisive, or frozen as we welcome the coming spring. We will offer a space to become curious about freeze, reconnect with our bodies, and expand into resilience with movement, art, and conceptual exploration. As nature cycles through freeze and thaw, we will honor the wisdom in our bodies and invite new possibilities.
