Somatic practice supports us to intentionally connect with our physical bodies, emotions, minds, spirits and how we relate to the world outside us. This work can be incredibly useful for getting to know ourselves better, shifting habitual patterns, and creating a healing path. Most of the practice in this 7-week online class series will be in stillness, sometimes sitting, sometimes lying down, sometimes standing. This class is a great followup class for those who have taken Somatic Studies. All levels of experience are welcome.
