Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need dance experience to take this class?
No! Just an open mind, and willingness to stay in motion for the duration of the class.

What should I wear to class?
Anything that allows the body to move freely.

I have mobility constraints, what kinds of motion will we explore in class?
All exercises and explorations in class are offered as suggestions – modification, or trying something else out instead is always very welcome! We move in between standing, sitting, and laying throughout the class. Class is for you and your body, so any modifications or changes you need to move are fantastic.
