- Overhead lighting grid
- Sound mixing board
- Rig points for aerial work

- Multiple wall points (up to 19 ft)
- Radiant heat sprung dance floor
- Air Conditioning
Materials on Site:
- Yoga mats / blankets / blocks
- Meditation cushions
- Ladder
- Aux cord + lighting adapter for sound system
- Cleaning supplies: broom, vinegar spray
- Folding chairs
Hourly Rate for The Barn:
$15/hour ⎯ Rehearsal (Artist Price)
*starting April 1, 2026 this rate will increase to $20/hour
$25/hour ⎯ Private Gathering
$50/hour ⎯ Commercial Workshop/Event
(plus one time cleaning fee $55)
We can confirm hourly bookings up to 1 month in advance, and take booking requests up to 3 months in advance.
Cancellation policy: we can offer a full refund (minus bank fees) if cancellation notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Each booking date is considered a separate reservation.
